Welder

We are looking for a Welder to join our team at One True Pairing Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines
• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials
• Perform MIG, ARC, TIG, and Gas welding as per job requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components.
• Operate welding and cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify defects.
• Ensure welding quality meets company standards.
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and use PPE appropriately.
• Maintain welding tools, machines, and equipment in good condition.
• Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
