Job Summary

ONE7 India is looking for an E-commerce Order Fulfillment Executive to manage daily online orders and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling order processing, packaging, and dispatch operations for multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Review and verify daily customer orders from Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and other marketplaces.
• Pick the correct products based on order details.
• Perform quality checks before packing.
• Pack products securely using company packaging standards.
• Print and apply shipping labels and invoices.
• Prepare orders for courier pickup and ensure timely dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier partners for daily shipments.
• Update order status and maintain dispatch records.
• Handle return (RTO) orders, exchanges, and replacements.
• Report inventory shortages, damaged products, or order discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing area.
• Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and within the dispatch SLA.

Requirements
• 12th Pass or Graduate.
• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse, or order fulfillment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

Preferred Experience
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of shipping labels, invoices, and courier dispatch processes.
• Basic inventory management experience.
