The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing finished products, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining efficiency in the production line.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform packing of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products as per company standards.
• Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and packaging of products.
• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines in the production area.
• Check for damaged or defective products before packing.
• Maintain records of packed goods and stock levels.
• Work with the production team to meet daily packing targets.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
Requirements
• Minimum 10th/12th pass or diploma holder.
• Prior experience in packing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good attention to detail and quality control.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
