Join Tsebo – a leader in integrated facilities solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at one of our Inland Region sites. This role is key to ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and service delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities
β€’ Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and activities.
β€’ Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
β€’ Maintain cleaning schedules, records, and incident reports.
β€’ Train staff on cleaning procedures and Tsebo protocols.
β€’ Respond to client queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Skills and Competencies
β€’ Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
β€’ Health and Safety training is an advantage.
β€’ Strong communication and team coordination skills.
β€’ 2–3 years’ experience in a cleaning environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Qualifications
β€’ Minimum – Grade 12 / Matric.
