Introduction

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee multi-site cleaning operations, ensure SLA compliance, maintain high service standards, manage client relationships, and drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Matric with relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience within the cleaning industry
• Experience managing large teams and client portfolios
• Strong IR, OHS, operational, and financial management knowledge
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

• Manage daily operations across multiple sites
• Ensure SLA compliance, quality service delivery, and client satisfaction
• Lead and support site management teams
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and client meetings
• Manage staffing, labour relations, performance, and training

• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
