Our client, a major industrial facility, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Industrial Cleaner and Facilities Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and maintain a safe, hygienic, and efficient working environment in **Pretoria, Gauteng**. This critical role requires a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of industrial cleaning best practices, safety protocols, and team leadership. You will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across the entire facility.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the industrial cleaning team. Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive cleaning schedules and procedures. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with company policies and safety standards. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address cleaning and maintenance needs. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage. Train and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all team members adhere to health and safety regulations, including the safe handling of chemicals. Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies and spills, implementing appropriate containment and cleanup measures.
