Responsibilities
• Manage electrical requirements and instructions to achieve project objectives.
• Wire machinery according to electrical designs and provided documentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and assembly practices.
• Document assembly restrictions, manage requirements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Work within project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing and assembly methods.
• Assist in installing design changes from electrical designers.
• Collaborate with designers and manufacturing teams to optimize assembly processes.
• Plan operation requirements for workforce utilization, space, and workflow efficiency.
• Test sub-assembly units and complete facilities to meet project and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project.
• Work on-site locally and internationally as needed.
• Provide regular progress updates to management.
• Liaise with customers when required.
• Support company policies and uphold high work standards.

Requirements
• Ability to read and interpret Electrical design drawings.
• Experience in interfacing with customers/suppliers for assembly methods.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in the industry and on customer sites.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in the automation industry.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in Onsite operations.
• International traveling experience.
• Formal Tertiary Education: Qualified Electrical Artisan.
• Languages: English (read, write, speak required); Afrikaans (read, write, speak optional); German (speaking advantageous).
• Driver’s License: Code 8 (required)
