Job Description
Main Purpose of Position

To provide an efficient cleaning service and general work to garden, yard and washing of vehicles.

Key Performance Areas

Efficient maintenance of cleanliness of the garden and yard and occasionally the inside office area
• Garden and general work areas cleaned daily
• Daily upkeep and cleaning of parking; refreshment; reception area
• Ensuring minor repairs or adjustments to machinery/equipment is clean and tidy
• Delivery and provision of regular washing all company vehicles.
• Undertake general renovations and maintenance to buildings
• Delivery and subsequent clean up of entertainment area; windows etc.
• Regular cleaning of all windows
• Performance of ad hoc duties as and when required

Minimum qualification & requirements to apply
• Grade 8 or equivalent
• Reading and writing ability
• No credit record
• No criminal record
• May not be a registered as a director of any company / business
