Job Description
A facilities management company in Polokwane, Limpopo is seeking a multi-skilled Urgent: Industrial Electrician to handle maintenance tasks across a portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repair
• Perform minor building repairs including painting and patching walls.
• Diagnose and repair basic electrical and plumbing faults.
• Repair or replace door locks, hinges, and other building hardware.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements
• Previous experience in building maintenance or handyman work.
• Practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
