The successful candidate will ensure all deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service. This role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding company safety and operational standards.• *Key Responsibilities:• Safely operate Code 14 vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.• Transport and deliver stock between the distribution centre and various stores.• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.• Ensure accurate loading, securing, and offloading of stock.• Maintain delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival at stores.• Report vehicle defects, incidents, or delays promptly.• Handle delivery documentation (delivery notes, manifests, etc.) correctly.• Provide excellent customer service and always maintain professional conduct.• Assist with warehouse loading/unloading activities when needed.• Follow company health & safety standards.• *Minimum Requirements:• Valid Code 14 Driver’s Licence.• Minimum 1 year Code 14 driving experience (or as per company policy).• Clean driving record and strong safety awareness.• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.• Good communication skills.• Ability to handle physical tasks (loading/unloading).• Knowledge of routes, retail operations, and delivery procedures is advantageous.• Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and customer-service oriented.
