Job Description
A supervisory role within a welding or fabrication environment.
β€’ Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings
β€’ Liaising with Production teams
β€’ Overseeing the work of welders, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow
β€’ Understanding welding processes, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, and troubleshooting welding issues.
β€’ Participation in the fabrication of metal components including welding, cutting and shaping
β€’ Usage of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment and heavy machinery
β€’ General tasks in department
β€’ Adherence to safety protocols and regulations, including PPE
β€’ Cleaning pressure vessel equipment
