Job Description
Introduction

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our growing team based in Brackenfell. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering goods to customers efficiently, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately, and consistently upholding a high standard of professionalism. This is a bilingual role (English & Afrikaans).

Duties & Responsibilities
β€’ Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly
β€’ Deliver orders accurately and on time, maintaining customer satisfaction
β€’ Complete PODs, invoices, and returns correctly
β€’ Communicate professionally with customers, warehouse staff, and dispatch
β€’ Follow all safety protocols and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Desired Experience & Qualification
β€’ Valid driver’s licence (Code 10 + PDP)
β€’ Comfortable communicating in English & Afrikaans (spoken + basic reading/writing)
β€’ Clean driving record & safe driving habits
β€’ Physically able to handle deliveries
β€’ Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
β€’ Responsible, sober habits, and a safety-first mindset

Preferred:
β€’ Experience in FMCG, warehouse, or packaging deliveries
β€’ Familiarity with PODs, scanning, invoices, and returns processes
β€’ Smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, navigation, delivery apps)
