Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Remote Housekeeping Supervisor to manage and oversee cleaning operations from a remote location. This role is crucial for maintaining impeccable standards across multiple client sites without requiring physical presence on each site daily. Developing and implementing comprehensive cleaning schedules and protocols for various client locations. Supervising, training, and motivating a remote team of cleaning staff to ensure consistent service quality. Conducting virtual site inspections and assessments to ensure adherence to cleaning standards and safety regulations. Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating timely replenishment for different sites.
