Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
β€’ Accredited Electrician Trade Test Certificate
β€’ Knowledge of Municipal Electrical Distribution Network
β€’ Valid code C1 Driver’s license with PrDP
β€’ 2 Years relevant experience plus 1-year practical apprenticeship

Core Responsibilities:
β€’ Installation and commissioning of LV, MV and HV electrical equipment to provide infrastructure.
β€’ Maintenance, refurbishment, and repair of LV, MV and HV electrical distribution networks to sustain uninterrupted service.
β€’ Inspection, maintenance, and replacement of LPU electricity meters.
β€’ Perform general ad hoc functions for Artisan Test Electrician.
β€’ Inspection, maintenance, and replacement of current and voltage transformer connected electricity meters.
β€’ Maintenance of the electrical wiring installation of substations and Energy Distribution Unit related buildings.
β€’ Comply with organisational policies and safety regulations as a requirement of the OHS Act.
β€’ Execute administrative and general duties to promote productivity and service delivery.
β€’ Provide effective and efficient management and apply good work ethics.
