PACKAGING MANAGER - JHB Full job description About the job To ensure an effective, efficient and optimal execution of the Manufacturing operational imperatives. About you ACADEMIC AND TRADE QUALIFICATIONS Tertiary technical degree (Engineering or Food Science) WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 7 year’s experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment of which at least 3 in a Senior Manufacturing role Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (or Damaway) will be advantageous Understanding and implementation of Value Analysis Projects PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND BEHAVIOURAL TRAITS Strong interpersonal skills Planning and time management skills Ability to use logic and reasoning to make sound decisions Problem solving ability, with prompt and efficient resolutions to issues Organisational skills Personal integrity Strong relationship builder Strong Influencing skills Ability to effectively manage a large team for the achievement of factory efficiencies and objectives About us For more information about Danone, our culture, please explore careers.danone.com.
