Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and skilled General Worker to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will perform a variety of manual and semi-skilled tasks to support daily operations, ensuring the workplace remains clean, organized, and productive.

Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients, tenants, and members of the public.
• Report safety hazards, equipment defects, and maintenance needs to supervisors without delay.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas, storage rooms, and external grounds.
• Adhere to all occupational health and safety procedures and wear prescribed personal protective equipment.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with construction, installation, and maintenance tasks as directed.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and in accordance with training and instructions received.
• Perform general manual labour tasks including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials and equipment.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays as rostered.
• Clean criminal record and willingness to undergo background checks and vetting.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools for maintenance roles.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in a general worker, security, or maintenance role is advantageous.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills; a high school certificate or equivalent is preferred.
