Our client, a prestigious hospitality group renowned for its exceptional standards, is seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Senior Environmental Services Manager to oversee all cleaning and sanitation operations. This crucial role is responsible for ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness across all facilities, creating a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will lead a dedicated team of housekeeping and cleaning professionals, develop and implement rigorous cleaning protocols, manage supplies and inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a comprehensive understanding of cleaning science and infection control. Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive cleaning and sanitation programs. Supervise, train, and schedule the environmental services team. Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess cleanliness and identify areas for improvement. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and linens, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP, local health codes). Implement and monitor infection control procedures. Investigate and resolve any guest or staff complaints related to cleanliness. Develop and manage the departmental budget. Stay updated on the latest cleaning technologies, products, and best practices. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental services, housekeeping management, or a related field, preferably in hospitality or healthcare. Proven experience in managing cleaning operations and a large team. In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
