Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain provider, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee their state-of-the-art facility in **Pretoria, Gauteng, ZA**. This critical role demands strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes. Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping. Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations management. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale warehouse operations. In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant logistics software. Strong understanding of inventory control, material handling, and distribution best practices. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics reporting. Experience in implementing lean principles or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
