Job Overview

Are you a vigilant and responsible individual with a strong sense of duty? We are seeking a reliable Security Guard to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our school premises, learners, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

âś…Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.

âś…Control access points and verify identification of employees and visitors.

âś…Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and professionally.

âś…Enforce company security policies and procedures.

âś…Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and patrols.

âś…Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.

Requirements

âś…Grade 12 certificate

âś…Valid PSIRA registered (minimum Grade C)

âś…Proven experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role.

âś…Clean Criminal Record (police clearance and clear sexual offenders register mandatory)

âś…Fluent in English and local languages

âś…Ability to write and read.

âś…Good interpersonal skills and neat appearance

âś…Reside near Atteridgeville/Saulsville or Garankuwa

âś…Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.

âś…Physical stamina and ability to stand or walk for long periods.
