Job Description
Duties:

Train and evaluate all Code 14 heavy duty drivers
Maintain records of training done
Recruitment and assessment of new Code 14 heavy duty drivers
Conduct driving performance evaluations
Accident remedial training
Classroom Training
On Road On Job training
Preparation of training schedules
Providing input for the development of training material
Coaching and mentoring
Feedback to management on training / trainee performance

Requirements

Grade 12 (required)
High School (matric) (Required)
Certification as Driver Trainer (Assessor, Facilitator and / or Moderator)
Valid Code 14 Driver License with PrDP
At least 4-5 years relevant work experience in Training/Learning environment.
Computer Literate
Knowledge of MS Office skills (required) and LMS (desired).
