SUMMARY:
Our client seeks a Security Manager to oversee and manage all security operations within a prestigious residential and hospitality estate. The Security Manager will lead a small team of security guards, manage guarding schedules, ensure a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, staff, and assets, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric)
Relevant security-related tertiary qualification/s an advantage
PSIRA registered.
Valid security registration and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Strong personality with good people-facing skills
Proven experience in a Security Supervisor or Security Manager role, preferably within a residential estate, hospitality environment, or similar upmarket setting.
Demonstrated stable employment record.
Experience managing teams and scheduling shifts/rosters.
Overseeing control room operations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily security operations across the estate, including access control, perimeter patrols, CCTV monitoring, and incident response.
Ensure effective implementation of security policies, procedures, and risk mitigation measures.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security activities.
Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
