Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee their cleaning and sanitation operations. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, hygienic, and professional environment across their facilities. You will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, developing and implementing cleaning schedules, ensuring the proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of industrial cleaning techniques, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to health and safety.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for various areas. Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality. Train new cleaning staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and the use of equipment. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
