SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Call Centre Agent / Driver for a permanent role based in Parktown North, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
β€’ Grade 12 with a proven track record in debt collections and at least three years of driving experience.
β€’ Looking for an individual who can bridge the gap between office-based strategy and field-based execution.
β€’ Due to navigating various locations, candidate must have strong route-planning skills and the ability to use navigation technology effectively to optimize their daily schedules.
β€’ Must be a people person with active listening, persuasive/negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships even in challenging situations.
β€’ Should be well-presented and possesses the emotional intelligence to handle sensitive conversations.
