The Ideal candidate will safely move, load, unload, and stack pallets/materials in warehouses using a reach truck, focusing on accurate inventory, efficient storage, and strict adherence to safety protocols, including daily equipment checks, scanning items (RF scanners), and potentially working in cold environments or with WMS software.

Key duties will involve picking/putting away stock, verifying orders, reporting hazards, and collaborating with team members for smooth warehouse flow, requiring focus, good hand-eye coordination, and sometimes weekend/overtime availability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operation: Safely operate a reach truck to transport goods, place items in racking, and retrieve pallets.
• Loading/Unloading: Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently and accurately.
• Inventory: Use RF scanners and WMS to track, manage, and verify inventory, ensuring accuracy.
• Safety: Perform pre-shift checks on equipment, report issues, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety rules (PPE, hazard awareness).
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage orders according to customer standards.
• Teamwork: Communicate with other staff and supervisors to optimize workflow.
