Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Industrial Cleaning Supervisor to manage and oversee all cleaning operations at their facility in Randburg, Gauteng, ZA . This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a strong understanding of industrial cleaning protocols, and the ability to lead a team effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and motivate a team of industrial cleaners, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards. Develop and implement detailed cleaning plans and procedures for various industrial areas, including production floors, machinery, warehouses, and common spaces. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify cleaning needs, potential hazards, and areas for improvement. Ensure the safe use and storage of all cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies in compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels. Perform or assist with deep cleaning tasks as required, especially during shutdown periods or for specialized cleaning needs.
