Job Description
Introduction

• Strong Knowledge of electrical systems, components, and tools.

• Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations and safety standards.

• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and overtime as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities

▪ Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, machinery and equipment in compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

▪ Conduct preventative maintenance routines to ensure longevity and efficient operations of electrical systems.

▪ Troubleshoot electrical issues using testing devices and diagnostic equipment.

▪ Regularly inspect electrical systems, circuits and equipment to identify potential hazards or malfunctions.

▪ Report any electrical problems, safety concerns or potential risks to the Maintenance Manager or relevant personnel.

▪ Adhere to all safety protocols. procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

▪ Ensure compliance with local, state and federal electrical codes and regulations.

▪ Collaborate with other maintenance staff, engineers, and production personnel to ensure seamless operations.

▪ Respond promptly to electrical emergencies or breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

▪ Knowledge of PLC.

▪ Light and heavy current

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Qualifications Trade Tested Electrician (Red Seal)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG
• Minimum of 1 year experience with vsd or vfd
