Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and disciplined individual to fulfill a dual-role position involving deliveries/driving and basic administrative support.

This role is ideal for someone who is trustworthy on the road and equally comfortable working on a computer when deliveries are not required.

Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Deliveries
• Safely transport goods to customers and suppliers
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Load and offload stock when required
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle
• Adhere to all road safety and company policies

Administrative Duties
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments
• Assist with basic accounts/admin tasks
• Update delivery records and job tracking systems
• Communicate with clients regarding deliveries and collections
• Perform general office support duties when required

Minimum Requirements
• Valid South African driver’s license (Code B or higher)
• Proven driving experience with a clean track record
• Basic computer literacy (Email, Excel, or similar)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
