Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective brand execution at the point of sale. Monitor brand performance, analyze sales data, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage the brand's P&L and ensure profitable growth. Oversee product development and innovation pipeline for the brand. Work closely with agencies (advertising, PR, digital) to develop and execute marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Present brand plans and performance reports to senior management. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Manage packaging design and label compliance. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG sector. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer brands. Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and consumer behavior. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
