Job Summary
TexPro Security is seeking a professional and dependable Armed Security Guard.
The ideal candidate is vigilant, disciplined, and able to respond quickly and effectively to security incidents. Professional grade equipment is required.
Responsibilities
• Patrol assigned areas on foot or maintain presence in assigned zones
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted zones
• Deter trespass, disturbances, and unauthorized activity
• Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly
• Write clear and accurate daily activity reports and incident reports
• Maintain communication with supervisors and law enforcement when necessary
• Follow all firearm safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
• Must have a valid Texas Level 3 guard card (state requirement)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred
• Strong situational awareness and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable
