Responsibilities

- Perform thorough residential cleaning services including:

- Kitchen and bathroom sanitization

- Dusting and wiping all surfaces

- Vacuuming and mopping floors

- Window cleaning and blind dusting

- Appliance cleaning and polishing

- Trash removal and bin sanitization

- Manage time effectively to complete scheduled cleanings within allocated timeframes

- Communicate professionally with clients and address any special requests

- Document completed tasks and report any issues or concerns

- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and equipment in good working condition

- Follow safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures

- Adapt cleaning methods based on different surface types and materials

- Complete quality checks before leaving each property

- Secure properties upon departure

Key Requirements

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must provide own cleaning equipment and supplies, including:

- Vacuum and mop

- Duster and broom

- Cleaning cloths

- Appropriate cleaning solutions for various surfaces (hardwood, tile, etc.)

Ideal Qualifications

- 1-2 years of cleaning experience preferred

- Understanding of standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-out services

- Clean background check required
