Dependable Security Guard Needed
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Security Guard to join our team in a stable, supportive work environment with a regular schedule. This is for a homeless shelter You will be working as a team alongside other staff members. The post location and schedule is consistent/permanent and does not change.
Position Details:
• Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Shift Hours:
• Wednesday-Sundays: 11:00 PM-7:30AM
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week
• Start Date: Immediate openings available! Virtual interviews are scheduled on the day you apply or the following day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Shelter Entrance: Control entry and exit of visitors, staff, and vendors, ensuring proper authorization.
• Individual Screening: Conduct respectful security checks on individuals and their belongings.
• Premises Patrols: Perform regular patrols to deter unauthorized access, maintain property safety, and report any incidents.
• Safety Monitoring: Oversee shelter operations, identify potential hazards, and support staff with client interactions and site patrols.
