Responsibilities
β€’ Perform high-quality residential and office cleaning
β€’ Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting
β€’ Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
β€’ Oven cleaning and refrigerator cleaning
β€’ Indoor window cleaning
β€’ Specialized services: deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, pre- and post-party cleaning, newborn-ready cleaning, regular housekeeping, maintenance cleaning, post-construction cleaning
β€’ Identify and report safety or maintenance issues
β€’ Work independently and as part of a team
β€’ Use company technology and CRM systems for assignments and updates

Requirements
β€’ Authorization to work in the U.S. (18+)
β€’ Minimum 2+ years of paid professional residential cleaning experience
β€’ Franchise-level professional cleaning experience strongly preferred
β€’ Your own cleaning supplies and vacuum; ability to transport them to each job
β€’ Liability insurance and bonding (required for all independent contractors)
β€’ Willingness to undergo a background check
β€’ Professional appearance and polished, presentable look
β€’ Basic communication skills in English
β€’ Reliable transportation (required for Long Island jobs)
β€’ Trustworthy, dependable with strong integrity and work ethic
β€’ Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform all cleaning duties

β€’ Willingness to sign a 1099 Independent Contractor Agreement
