PalAmerican Security, a leader in the Protective & Security industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Security Officer to join our team. As a Healthcare Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch security services to hospital personnel, vendors, patients, and visitors. This position offers the opportunity to learn valuable skills in de-escalation, incident reporting, and emergency response.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Screen and direct visitors, enforce hospital guidelines, and issue passes
• Conduct patrols to detect safety hazards and unauthorized individuals
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare incident reports
• Respond to emergencies and calls for service with professionalism
• Escort personnel, control visitor access, and assist with patient transfers

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in law enforcement, military police, or security
• Ability to lift and drag 50 pounds
• Proficiency in MS Word and basic computer knowledge
• Valid government-issued ID and security officer/guard license
