Treston Security Services is currently hiring experienced and professional Special Events Barricade Security Officers for concerts, festivals, nightlife events, and high-energy entertainment venues throughout the Los Angeles area.

This position is ideal for officers who are comfortable working in fast-paced environments with loud music, large crowds, crowd surfers, and high guest interaction. Officers must maintain professionalism while ensuring the safety of guests, staff, performers, and event personnel.

Position Details
• Position: Special Events Barricade Security Officer
• Pay Rate: $20.00 $22.00 per hour (DOE)
• Location: Los Angeles & surrounding areas
• Schedule: Varies based on event needs
• Uniform: Provided by the company

Job Responsibilities
• Staff barricade lines during concerts, festivals, and live events
• Monitor crowd behavior and maintain a safe environment near stages and restricted areas
• Assist with managing crowd surfers and guest movement near barricades
• Maintain strong situational awareness in loud and fast-paced environments
• Enforce venue rules and assist with crowd control when needed
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, event staff, and fellow security personnel
• Respond professionally to disturbances or emergencies
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security presence

Qualifications
• Valid California Guard Card (required)
• Prior event, concert, nightlife, or crowd control experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in high-energy environments
• Comfortable working around loud music, large crowds, flashing lights, and crowd surfers
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented
