To offer superior customer service and maximize sales and volume growth, the Flexible Schedule Driver carries out the task of selling and distributing products on proper routes while fostering strong customer relationships. Additionally, the Route Sales Driver ensures that accounts have product availability by accurately filling beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors according to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards.

• Maximize revenue generation for the allocated accounts by implementing product sales, setting up distribution channels, creating displays and initiating marketing campaigns.
• Daily product sales and deliveries are made to specific accounts according to established procedures.
• All accounts must be merchandised and stocked according to the standards of CCBCHC.
• Ensure that the Point of Sale advertising is changed, replaced, and cared for as needed by the accounts.
• Ensure that product, cash, and asset management is handled correctly and accounted for each day.
• Timely and accurate invoicing for the purpose of collecting all due payments.
• Cultivate relationships with account representatives and deliver excellent customer service to every account by maintaining consistent communication, resolving problems swiftly, and following up as necessary.
• Maintain a professional and tidy look of CCBCHC products and equipment in designated accounts.
• Keep the storage area tidy and properly managed while dealing with trade breakage for assigned customers.
• Verify that the vehicle and its cargo meet the CCBCHC safety requirements by conducting thorough checks.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
• It is recommended that applicants possess a high school diploma or GED.
• It is desirable for candidates to have general work experience ranging from 1-3 years.
• Candidates with more than 12 months of experience in commercial driving are preferred.
• Having previous experience in grocery store or consumer products can be an added advantage
