About the Role:

The Hotel Restaurant Steward plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall hygiene standards of the hotel's employee breakroom, dining, and kitchen areas. This position ensures that all dishware, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to meet health and safety regulations. The steward supports the kitchen and service teams by managing waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and assisting with basic food preparation tasks when necessary. By maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, the steward directly contributes to the restaurant's smooth operation and enhances the guest dining experience. Minimum Qualifications:

β€’ Previous experience in a similar steward or dishwashing role within a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
β€’ Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy items.
β€’ Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards in food service settings.
β€’ Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
