We are a growing construction and renovation company seeking a licensed Chicago plumber to act as the qualifier (Responsible Plumbing License Holder) for our business and provide ongoing consulting and oversight for plumbing operations.
This is a high-level role ideal for an experienced professional looking to partner with a reputable, design-forward construction company with a strong pipeline of residential and multi-unit renovation projects.
- yearly retiner fee
- hourly rate for prep work remote meeting / on site, for project planning as an add one to the retiner fee
- hourly rate for remote meeting / on site, for verifying the finished work as an add-on to the retiner fee

• Active Chicago Plumbing License (required)
• Must be in good standing with the City of Chicago
• Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and permitting process
