Position Summary

The Commercial Service Plumber is responsible for the safe, professional installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems including potable water, natural gas, sanitary, and wastewater systems. This role requires technical expertise, strong communication skills, and strict adherence to all applicable plumbing, building, and safety codes.

Key Responsibilities
• Report in by 8:00 AM, Monday–Friday
• Coordinate with Dispatch and manage assigned service calls from start to completion (or proper transfer)
• Complete all required paperwork, obtain customer signatures, and collect payment when applicable
• Communicate effectively with Dispatch regarding job status, scope changes, and additional time or work needed
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide customers with the best long-term repair solutions
• Maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after work is performed
• Utilize proper tools, materials, technology, and safety equipment
• Install and repair systems in compliance with manufacturer requirements and jurisdictional codes
• Test all work for leaks and proper operation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
• Track and document all materials and labor accurately on invoices
• Respect customer property and represent the company with professionalism
• Maintain a neat appearance, proper uniform, and safe driving practices

Qualifications
• 1–2 years of commercial service plumbing experience preferred
• Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License required
• Proficiency with:
• * Sink and sewer machines
• Hydro-jetting equipment
• Troubleshooting complex plumbing systems
• Water and gas leak repair
• Gas testing
• Fixture installation and general plumbing repairs
• Clean driving record and valid Texas Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must be 21 years of age or older
