We are seeking skilled Warehouse MIG and TIG Welders to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction support team. This role involves handling various fabrication, welding, and assembly tasks within a warehouse environment, supporting construction projects, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with diverse welding techniques, and familiarity with construction site procedures. Duties
β€’ Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminium, and other metals according to specifications.
β€’ Structural assemblies following blueprints and schematics.
β€’ Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
β€’ Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity.
β€’ Measure and align materials using tape measures, squares, and other measuring tools.
β€’ Grind, clean, and prepare metal surfaces before and after welding.
β€’ Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety standards.
β€’ Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Requirements
β€’ Previous TIG and MIG welding experience required.
β€’ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
β€’ Experience working with various metals, including steel and aluminum.
β€’ Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
β€’ Strong attention to detail and weld quality.
β€’ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
β€’ All candidates must complete a welding test during the interview process to demonstrate TIG and MIG welding skills.
