Your Day:
As an On-Call Restaurant Server, you will start your shift by greeting every guest with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. Throughout your time on the floor, you will skillfully take orders, engaging each guest to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. With efficiency and care, you will deliver dishes from the kitchen to the tables, balancing speed and grace to maintain the highest standards. You will keep every table perfectly stocked and organized, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring their comfort throughout their meal. The Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience at an upscale restaurant
• At least 18 years old
• Food handlers certification
Compensation & Perks:
In this part-time role, you'll earn around $700 – $800 weekly, with a benefits package that includes:
• Medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance
• Full medical coverage for $15 a month
• 50% premium for all benefits paid
• Complementary drinks and 50% off meals while working, plus complementary meals during doubles
• 15% off meals on days off
