Hours: Part-time (20 hours each week)

Work days: Monday - Friday

Day-time Shift: Shift 7:00 AM sharp to 11:00 AM

Job Site Locations: Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Harlem & Midtown

Duties And Responsibilities
• Clean sidewalks and common areas as required
• Sweeping sidewalks and common areas
• Pick up liter on sidewalks and common areas
• Snow removal as required
• Empty trash bins and replace bags
• Mandatory Snow Removal and possible overtime
• Additional tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
• Must have a working phone that is able to download two mobile apps used to complete the job
• Must be in good physical condition and health, without mental or physical disabilities or impairments which would reasonably be expected to interfere with the performance of the services.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions (rain, snow, sleet)
• Ability to work outdoors from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM.
• Must be age 18 or over
• Must have a demonstrated record of satisfactory attendance and punctuality
• Must be able to flexible in the location assigned each week
