About The Stand

The Stand Restaurants is a fast-casual dining restaurant with 20 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, Santa Clara, and Houston Texas. We believe in Great Food. What We're Looking For

Responsibilities
• Cross-training and working in multiple kitchen stations, including salads, fry, grill, and expo
• Preparing our amazing and simple recipes
• Following our build guides for every item on our menu
• Ensuring a clean and sanitary kitchen
• Fostering a friendly family environment
• Being a team player and showing efficient communication skills
• Maintaining a clean kitchen and attending to any special cleaning duties

Working Conditions
• Frequent walking and standing for long periods of time
• Ability to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly
• Repetitive bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
• Repetitive use of hands, including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Occasionally access high storage shelving with the use of a step ladder
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
• Exposure to varying temperatures, including steam, high kitchen temperatures, humidity, freezers, refrigerators, indoor air conditioning, and outdoor/patio conditions

Schedule
• Full-time and part-time hours available
• Must be available 7AM-4PM or 4 PM-Close
• Must be able to work weekends
