As a Security Officer Service Focused Patrol in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support daily operations with strong customer service and communication while bringing an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, working as part of a caring team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do
• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site instructions, helping to support authorized access for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries.
• Communicate with site leadership and Allied Universal personnel regarding daily activities, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or incidents requiring follow-up.
Minimum Requirements
• This is a primarily driving post.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
