Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced and dynamic CDLA Driver to join our Transportation and Logistics team.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for operating a commercial vehicle (Class A) safely on assigned routes, delivering exceptional, frontline customer service , and maintaining the secure chain-of-custody required for handling our customers' vital information and assets.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:
• Lead daily logistics operations by safely and efficiently operating a commercial vehicle, completing pre- and post-trip inspections, and driving assigned routes to ensure timely customer service and deliveries.
• Develop a positive customer experience by engaging professionally with clients, accurately executing service requests, and preparing precise paperwork and electronic records for all pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure comprehensive compliance by strictly adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, safety standards, and Iron Mountain’s stringent security and chain-of-custody protocols.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:
• A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a clean driving record.
• A minimum age of 21 and the proven ability to pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical .
• Strong knowledge of safe, efficient driving skills and routine vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Proven ability in safely handling significant physical demands , including frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of containers or materials weighing up to 70 pounds.
