As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities of Concierge Security Guard
β€’ Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
β€’ Provide a welcoming and professional presence at entrances, lobbies, or reception areas
β€’ Conduct routine patrols of the property to ensure safety and security
β€’ Assist with directions, general inquiries, and visitor support
β€’ Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
β€’ Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
β€’ Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
β€’ Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
β€’ Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
β€’ Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
β€’ Collaborate with site management and the security team to ensure site safety
Qualifications of a Concierge Security Guard
β€’ Be authorized to work in the U.S.
β€’ Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Security
β€’ Customer service experience not required but recommended (hospitality, hotel, corporate lobby, or similar, we want you!)
β€’ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
β€’ Maintain Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
β€’ Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
β€’ You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
β€’ Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
β€’ Strong report writing skills
β€’ Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
β€’ Strong proficiency with technology
β€’ If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
