Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves working with various materials and equipment to produce high-quality welded products while adhering to safety standards and specifications.

Responsibilities
• Operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal components.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery, including press brake machines, for shaping and forming materials.
• Perform plasma cutting and stick welding as needed for specific projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.

Skills
• Proficient in MIG welding techniques with experience in fabrication.
• Familiarity with operating press brake machines and forklifts is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Experience with plasma cutting, stick welding, and soldering techniques is a plus.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks.
• Ability to use various hand tools safely and effectively.
