We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, tenants, and visitors by performing routine cleaning tasks across various areas of the facility.

Key Responsibilities
β€’ Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
β€’ Dust and wipe desks, tables, windowsills, etc.
β€’ Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors) and restock supplies.
β€’ Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners.
β€’ Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors.
β€’ Other duties as needed.

β€’ Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
β€’ Strong attention to detail.
β€’ Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
β€’ Reliable, punctual, and professional.
β€’ Physically capable of handling tasks that involve standing, lifting, bending, and repeated movements in a typical work shift.
β€’ Follow health and safety guidelines.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Requirements: responsibilities will include detailed cleaning of the parking garage and stairwells, cleaning the meeting venue, setting up chairs and tables for events, putting them away after the events, window washing, maintaining the outside grounds free of trash, and completing any additional tasks assigned by the building manager.

This person also needs to be flexible to make changes to their schedule, as they have a lot of events and may need to either come in early to set everything up or stay late to clean up afterwards.
