Responsibilities
β€’ Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
β€’ Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure a pristine appearance
β€’ Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures efficiently to uphold environmental standards
β€’ Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
β€’ Assist with light custodial tasks such as window washing, dusting, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
β€’ Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs or painting as needed to keep the environment in excellent condition
β€’ Use commercial cleaning tools and supplies safely and effectively to deliver consistent quality results

Qualifications
β€’ Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings; industrial cleaning experience is a plus
