Job Summary

As the Manager of Jane Street’s high-volume, premier corporate café, you will lead daily food service operations that support a fast-paced, high-performing workplace. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and operational excellence in a refined corporate environment. The café operates Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently execute at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, train, supervise, and coach two supervisors and approximately ten hourly associates, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and service excellence
• Oversee all aspects of café operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient guest experience
• Plan, promote, and execute special events and café initiatives aligned with workplace needs
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cleaning standards
• Manage operating budgets and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and service delivery
• Utilize POS systems and reporting tools to support operational decisions
• Perform additional duties as needed to support overall workplace dining operations
Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant food service management experience
• Background in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or related luxury food service environments
• Experience working in high-volume, quality-driven operations
• Proficiency with POS systems
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based tools
• ServSafe or Department of Health certification preferred
