Job Description
Upscale wine bar seeking an experienced Chef to lead a refined, high-quality bar kitchen. Current menu includes caviar service, oysters, charcuterie, elevated bar snacks, composed plates, and desserts.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and service
• Menu development and seasonal item creation
• Food costing and maintaining target margins
• Ordering, inventory control, and vendor management
• Ensure food safety and consistency standards

Qualifications:
• Prior Chef or Sous Chef leadership experience required
• Strong knowledge of ordering, inventory, and costing systems
